Terms of Purchase

These are the terms for buying premium Puro software. Plain language, because that’s how we write everything else.

What you’re buying

A premium purchase gives you the software plus one year of updates and email support. It’s licensed GPL: you can use it on your own sites, modify it, and it stays yours. Single-site and multi-site licenses differ only in how many of your sites the license covers.

Updates and support

Your license includes updates and email support for one year from purchase. After that the software keeps working; you renew only if you want another year of updates and support. Renewals are 50% off, and only if you choose to.

Payment

Payment is handled by PayPal. The order, receipt, and license key are tied to the email you enter at checkout, so use one you can access. Nothing sensitive is stored on purothemes.com.

Refunds

If a premium purchase isn’t the right fit, we’ll refund the full amount within 60 days, on request. Email support@purothemes.com. Full details are on the refunds page.

Fair use

The software is GPL, so redistribution is allowed by the license. What a purchase buys from us specifically is the updates and support tied to your license key. Sharing the key itself just means the updates and support run out for everyone using it.
