Polestar Premium adds useful features and email support to Polestar. To find out more, view the theme page.
It’s a plugin, not a theme
Polestar Premium is installed as a WordPress plugin. The ZIP must go through Plugins→Add New→Upload Plugin.
Polestar Premium is a WordPress plugin. To install, follow the steps below.
- Go to Appearance→Themes to ensure Polestar is active.
- Download the Polestar Premium plugin ZIP to your desktop. Keep it zipped.
- Go to Plugins→Add New→Upload Plugin.
- Upload the ZIP, then click Activate.
- Go to Plugins→Polestar Premium, insert your license key, and save.
Safari users
Safari auto-unzips downloads. If the folder is unzipped, change Safari’s settings and download again.
Activating your Polestar Premium license
Activate your license to enable updates. Your key is on the order dashboard.
- Click Polestar Premium under Plugins.
- Insert your license key and click Save Changes.
- Click Activate License.
Managing your activated sites
To manage the sites on your license:
- Log in to your dashboard.
- Go to Order History.
- Click View Licenses, then Manage Sites.
